Dedicated Team within NSW Department of Education to assist with A&Rs & Quality Improvement

Following the successful Hub Huddle at Coffs Harbour (on 20 Feb 2023), the NSW Department of Education reminded services about their Continuous Improvement Team that is available to assist Approved providers and educators throughout their self-assessment process, including support to prepare their self-assessment documentation.

Whether you have an upcoming assessment & rating, are updating your QIP/Self-Assessment Working Document, or you need clarity/advice on any regulatory requirements, the Department’s Continuous Improvement Team is available to help via telephone (1800 619 113) and e-mail (ecequalitysupport@det.nsw.edu.au).
