From time to time, the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW has received feedback from members and non-members about their dissatisfaction with the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) they are associated with for their staff for Certificate III and Diploma courses.

Now with the cooperation of government authorities, you can submit your concerns about any RTO and ACA NSW can work with you to try and resolve your issues with that RTO.
