It is with sadness that the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW has decided to reschedule the annual Excellence in Early Childhood Education Awards to 2021.

Due to the uncertainties surrounding future government policies addressing COVID-19 while pertaining to large social gatherings (and in our case, we were anticipating up to 750 guests), ACA NSW has concluded that it is not possible for the sector to have their nominations produced and submitted for this year.

That said, we are confident that 2021 will be a brighter year for all of us in the early childhood education and care sector. And we anticipate nominations to begin near the beginning of 2021, and the Gala Night celebration toward the end of 2021.

We hope that all Approved Providers, Nominated Supervisors, centre directors, Educators and Teachers will understand. And we look forward to celebrating with you in 2021.
