The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW has put together a series of short but to the point presentations that help existing and new providers. The ACA NSW Quickies sessions are only 2 hours or less and held throughout the year. They bring Approved Providers, Owners, Directors and Educational Leaders with industry-specific information, advice, tips and even “tricks”.

Let's be honest. Especially ACECQA "streamlined" the National Quality Framework beginning 1 February 2018, assessments and ratings have become more difficult and onerous for NSW-based early learning services.
In this ACA NSW Quickies session, learn the "secrets" about assessment and rating as conducted by the NSW Department of Education, including:
- How does the NSW process for assessment and rating work vs the rest of Australia
- How to best prepare you and your team
- Know what to prepare, including your submissions (Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) or ACECQA's Self-Assessment Tool)
- What to expect on the day and the "Pre A&R visit"
- What to do when you get your draft rating and is not what you expected
