2026 ACA NSW Regional Meetings

2026 Schedule for Regional Meetings:

• Newcastle - Monday, 9 February 2026 (Register here)
• Wollongong - Monday, 4 May 2026
• Coffs Harbour - Monday, 27 July 2026
• Central Coast- Monday, 21 September 2026

For 2026, ACA NSW will host (in-person) Regional Meetings in Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Central Coast and Wollongong. These Regional meetings complement ACA NSW Members-Only Meetings held online. 

ACA NSW's Regional Meetings are held over dinner and drinks while discussing the latest challenges and anticipating issues of the early childhood education and care sector.

Please note that ACA NSW Regional Meetings are free for ACA NSW members. Attendance of non-members is at a nominal fee to cover food and drinks.

Upcoming Regional Meetings will cover:

• the Fair Work Commission's Gender Undervaluation decision and implementation beginning 1 March 2026;
• the Worker Retention Payments after 30 November 2026;
• the Child Safety reforms, including mandatory training from 1 February 2026, CCTVs and bans on personal devices;
• the new NSW Early Learning Commission (ie the new NSW Regulatory Authority is not the NSW Department of Education);
• changes to Workers Compensation.

• Non-members - $40 inc GST per person
