The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW has hosted one Succession Planning Evenings in 2026.

Typically with light dinner after work on a Thursday evening, these Succession Planning Evenings will facilitate presentations to and discussions with existing Approved Providers and owners of early childhood education and care services on:

• what are stages to achieve a successful transition and exit;
• how to maximise the value of their business and assets;
• what are the ideal governance structures that would facilitate smooth transitions; and
• what are the best possible legal, tax and communications strategies to avoid conflicts or delays.

Attendees will also engage with ACA NSW Supplier Members present and exhibiting.

The next occurrence will be integrated into The Festival 2027's schedule.
