Meet Rachael, Our Member Support Officer

Rachael has been a valued Member Support Officer at ACA NSW since November 2022. With extensive experience in the Early Childhood Sector, she has taken on roles ranging from trainee to room leader, educational leader, and service director. Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and undertaking a Bachelor of Education (Birth to 6 Years), Rachael brings a deep understanding of all aspects of childcare services.

Rachael uses her passion and childcare expertise to assist members with their daily inquiries. She also loves connecting with members at ACA events, particularly the Wheels on the Bus tours, held three times a year. These events remind her of her own childcare journey, inspiring her to share practical advice and help create enriching environments for children.

When she's not on the road visiting members or delighting the office with her cooking, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Nugget. She also has a passion for travel and discovering Sydney’s top food spots.
