Fair Work Commission to review part-time work in 2025

While the Fair Work Commission recently released its Final Report in which confirmed it confirmed its commitment to review part-time work, it cited the Children's Services Award as one of seven awards to "making awards easier to use".

It is therefore timely to remind ACA NSW members to ensure that employers use Individual Flexibility Arrangements (IFAs), including for employees who work 38 or more hours a week across less than 5 days per week.
