Greater Sydney lockdown: Do you need more help from governments?

The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW, in partnership with ACA National, is seeking further assistance as well as greater flexibility from the Federal Government and NSW Government.

In supporting this, ACA NSW is seeking input from early childhood education and care services across Greater Sydney (including the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and Shellharbour) of their attendance data for Week 4 (19-23 July 2021) & Week 5 (26-30 July 2021).

ECEC services will also be asked about their views on the existing range of financial supports available from both the Federal Government and NSW Government, and if they have any other ideas and suggestions that can better support services.

And finally, during this lockdown, ECEC services will be asked if they have been negatively affected by the NSW Government's "free preschool" funding for community/mobile preschools.
