HAVE YOUR SAY: No Jab No Play law

As ACA NSW members would know, NSW's No Jab No Play law came into effect on 1 January 2018. Similarly, children must meet the immunisation requirements before they are eligible for Child Care Subsidies.

Since the COVID pandemic, a number of ACA NSW members have been reflecting about immunisation of children, including that NSW schools can still enrol children if parents choose not to vaccinate their child.

There can be a diverse range of views about immunisation. But with the best interest of children in mind, it is timely to seek the views of ACA NSW members and the sector about this issue.
