Need Staff? Plus here's $1,000 for your service to participate

Are you looking for staff? Well, the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW might be able to help you.

In conjunction with the Federal Department of Employment and Kool Kids Training College, ACA NSW will assist its members by:

1. offering shortlisted candidates for your consideration
2. providing $1,000 to the ACA NSW member for successfully considering the candidate under an unpaid "internship" over a maximum of 4 weeks;
3. assisting the ACA NSW member with organising the candidate to be approved for a traineeship; and
4. assisting the ACA NSW member with receiving government subsidies for taking on the trainee(s).

If the member does not believe the candidate is an appropriate fit, there are no penalties.

Please note that:

• the trainee will be counted in the educator:children ratio under Regulation 126(1)(b) and Regulation 10;
• the candidate will have a Working With Children Check before their "internship";
• the Kool Kids Training College will provide all the necessary documentation for the NSW Department of Education should there be any queries about the candidate(s) and/or the trainees.
