Maxum Consulting has offered to be challenged by 6 ACA NSW Members to successfully recruit and place staff within 8 weeks. The challenge also includes a free new Apple iPad to at least 1 of the 6 participating ACA NSW Members.

Maxum Consulting will recruit up to 3 educators and 3 degree-qualified early childhood teachers for ACA NSW Members with a flat fee of $5500 incl GST charged per approved provider per placement. 50% to be paid prior to signing an employment agreement with the successful candidate and the other 50% to be paid within 7 days of the conclusion of each assignment.

And if any of the placements quit within their first 6 months of employment, there is no additional fee to recruit a replacement!
