ACECQA is undertaking a survey to gauge perceptions about administrative burden under the National Quality Framework (NQF). The survey will look at the impact of the administrative requirements of the NQF on perceptions of burden among providers of education and care services.

ACECQA will use this information to measure the effectiveness of activities that were implemented to minimise unnecessary burden and to identify any new areas of the NQF that could be streamlined.

The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete and will close on Friday 20 July 2018.

The survey is not compulsory. However, it is an important opportunity for you to have your say on the NQF, and influence decisions about how it is refined over time.

WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THE SURVEY?

This survey is for approved providers of education and care services.

Only one person per provider should complete this survey. That person should be someone with a good understanding of the administrative requirements under the NQF.

If you are the person responding as the approved provider, please find the e-mail sent on 20 June 2018 to your service from ACECQA and click on the "Start Survey" link. 

Alternatively, please forward the ACECQA e-mail dated 20 June 2018 to the best person to respond.

CONFIDENTIALITY

ACECQA is independent of state and territory regulatory authorities and the Australian Government. ACECQA will not share individual responses with any other organisation. When we report on the findings, responses will be grouped together so that no one could identify the answers of an individual respondent.
