In every rating (ie from Significant Improvement Required to Excellent), NSW services' percentages of the entire state is either lower or higher than the national averages for the wrong reasons.

And relative to other states and territories, ACA NSW has concerns that in NSW:

  1. the length of time on average it takes for services to be rated Excellent and Significant Improvement Required is the highest nationally, and
  2. there exist services who have to wait up to 2, 7 and 2 years respectively to be rated Excellent, Exceeding and Significant Improvement Required.

ACA NSW will be raising these concerns with the NSW Department of Education as well as ACECQA.
