
What is World Day against Child Labour?
World Day Against Child Labour is an International day over 50+ countries which began 2002 aiming to raise awareness and activism to prevent child labour and to stop child labour if the job:
- is mentally, physically, socially or morally dangerous and harmful to children;
- interferes with their schooling;
- deprives them of the opportunity to attend school;
- obliges them to leave school prematurely;
- requires them to attempt to combine school attendance with excessively long and heavy work.

How to be involved with World Day against Child Labour?
- As a service each room with the educators discuss with the children World Day against Child Labour and why is it is a day we call raise awareness to preven child labour from happening
- As a service sponsor a child or two! Communicate with the child with the children's input of how they are and give them an opportunity to get the education they deserve.
