Last Friday we hosted an important webinar about the Fair Work Commission's interim decision on the Children's Services Award, as part of the Gender-based Undervaluation Priority Awards Review.

The aim of the webinar was to make sure you're fully informed about the anticipated changes, so you can accurately assess the impact on your service and determine any actions you may need to take, once this decision has been finalised.

It is critical that all early learning service providers understand the interim decision, including how it will interact with the Worker Retention Payment, so they can assess the impact for their own specific circumstances.
