KYM BORRA - Lead Educator in Junior Nursery, First Steps Early Learning Centre, Lismore

Kym has been working in First Steps for 7 years and she brings a great energy into the team. She will be the first person put her hand up if anyone is in need of help. When we were rebuilding our centre from the flood in 2017, she put a 110% in from building a structure to completing the set up. Recently she took upon a lead role in our Junior Nursery and she has been doing an amazing job building a connection with families and children, supporting educators and creating a beautiful environment where babies can explore.
