The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW's custom-built membership database is temporarily unable till next week due to an unscheduled hardware upgrade by an external company.

This hardware upgrade by the external host did not anticipate its new servers to being incompatible with ACA NSW's 5-years-old cloud-based membership database.

A replacement database is now underway. However, this means that ACA NSW's staff may not be able to handle all members' inquiries until next week.

As such, ACA NSW asks members for their forbearance and understanding.
