Educator Spotlight: Chloe Welling

CHLOE WELLING - Room Leader, Being Lake Haven

What makes this person so amazing/talented as an educator?

Chloe is one of those quiet achievers.

Chloe has dyslexia and has struggled with her writing in documentation. This has also affected her confidence when recording observations. I have worked closely with Chloe in many ways and have watched as her writing and confidence grew. I am now seeing amazing leadership qualities in her and she is able to make decisions and trust her judgement now.

Chloe is also now mentoring trainee's on exceeding practice and what this looks like. I have just been so moved and proud of her journey.

Our service is in a low socio economic area and I have watched as Chloe has supported children and families with no judgement and just exuding workability. Chloe is a very deserving educator of "Educator of the Month" as it is these educators that people don't always notice but they get the job done.
