Australian Childcare Alliance New South Wales (ACA NSW) Members have been reassured by ACECQA that an improved process is now operational to enable childcare services to be re-assessed and re-rated.

Childcare centre-based services seeking re-assessment and re-rating are encouraged to apply using an SA10 form via the National Quality Agenda IT System (NQA ITS) webpage. The corresponding fees for under 24 approved places is $432, for 25-80 approved places is $649, and for 81 or more approved places is $866.

At this stage, the timeframes for re-assessment and re-rating would be similar to those of a normal assessment and rating.
