Annual General Meeting 2024

The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) New South Wales will be held at 7.00 pm on Monday, 28 October 2024. This Annual General Meeting will be held live on-line. Moreover, members can also attend in-person at the ACA NSW office at 19 Fennell Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.

The notice includes the agenda, a nomination form for candidates seeking election onto the ACA NSW Executive Committee, a proxy form, as well as information about the nomination process, the election process and the returning officer.

By 5.01 pm on Sunday, 6 October 2024, the following 14 nominations were received for the 11 positions available:

As there are 10 candidates for the 7 Executive Committee Member positions, a ballot will commence from 12 noon on 10 October 2024 and conclude by 5 pm on Sunday, 27 October 2024. The results will be produced by the Returning Officer and announced during the Annual General Meeting on Monday, 28 October 2024. PLEASE NOTE: The statements supporting the 10 candidates' nominations and their nomination profiles are available.

ACA NSW members will receive their unique voter codes for their electronic ballots from the Returning Officer (Phil Lewis). To ensure receipt, please check your junk mail and spam filters should you not have received e-mail containing your unique voter code to submit on the dedicated ballot portal (www.myvote.com.au/acansw).
