Exceed Early Education & Care opened its Gregory Hills service, in Western Sydney, in January of this year.

It is a 200 place long daycare centre, plus a 100 place out-of-school-hours (OOSH) service.

Its integrated service model showcases a plethora of facilities under the one roof. From dance lessons, to a swimming pool, to a hair salon, it’s a one stop shop for the modern working parents and families.

With incredibly positive feedback from the local community already, its occupancy rates quickly climbed to 70% within their first 3 months and is predicted on track to meet their targets.

Is this a modern Australian model and direction of ECEC services in NSW? What do you think?
