Pamela joined the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) New South Wales in December 2018. She is ACA NSW’s Relationships Officer who is tasked primarily to engage with lapsed potential new members as well as new and existing suppliers and sponsors.
She brings over 15 years of experiences in retail, building and construction, finance as well as government, particularly in terms of people engagement and problem solving. She also happens to be a provisionally approved provider by the NSW Department of Education but has not yet embarked into establishing her own early childhood education and care service … yet.
What ACA NSW envisions through Pam is her ability to engage with lapsed and potential new members, as well as new and existing suppliers and sponsors, in order to have them and ACA NSW connect and produce value-add to all.
Already, Pam has brought new and returned financial members. And she has introduced all members to new and exciting offers for their benefit – including the new electricity referrals scheme which is already saving members hundreds if not thousands of dollars!
Pam is married with two adorable children, and juggles her time between ACA NSW, her young family and supporting her husband and their family’s small business. What we particularly enjoy about Pam is watching her brain’s cogwheels moving and, with her can-do and how-can-we-value-add attitude, come up with new and exciting win-win solutions!
