The Federal Government’s “new” Child Care Subsidy System has been in operation since 2 July 2018 (which is almost 9 months ago). Yet, a number of members of the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW are reporting their outstanding problems/issues to us for resolution.
Our ACA national team continues to directly engage with the Federal Government, the Federal Ministers and their respective Federal Departments to solve both individual and systemic issues.
