What do you think of the NSW Department of Education?

The NSW Department of Education is again conducting their anonymous annual survey with early childhood education and care services about the performance and satisfaction of their Regulatory Authority.

It is worth noting that the previous survey (2022) received 893 responses that showed, for example:

• 73% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that regulatory officers acted professionally during compliance-related interactions
• 60% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that the NSW RA provides the sector with clear information
  

It is ACA NSW's understanding that such responses represent a minority of the total number of services who had interacted with NSW Authorised Officers in a 12 month period.

Hence, ACA NSW encourages all services to provide their feedback to the NSW Department of Education by 8 May 2024 so that they can continously improve.
