The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW President Lyn Connolly and ACA NSW Executive Committee member Lienna Mandic discuss the latest additions to member services and benefits.

This includes:

1. the two streamlined membership tiers (Member Classic and Member Plus);
2. the free, new and expanded policy templates required under Regulation 168, including the new Sleep and Rest Policy;
3. the over 150+ template policies/documents/correspondences/forms/checklists;
4. the revamped Retreat Weekends that occur in June and November each year;
5. the dispute resolution service;
6. the reintroduction of over 20 Network Meetings per year; and
7. SMS-based Red Alerts about urgent issues for the sector.
