The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW members would recall that the ACA NSW office suffered a significant setback for 2 months since early February 2020 with all of its Telstra landlines literally severed in Telstra's pits by an as yet undetermined vandal. The ACA NSW office has since been supporting all of its members' enquiries with ingenuity and sheer grit. (And yes, ACA NSW is discussing about potential compensation from Telstra via the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.)

Although most ACA NSW members would not have noticed any difference, ACA NSW is pleased to advise that all of our telephone lines are now cloud-based and literally accessible from anywhere in the world as long as there is a reliable Internet connection. This will also enable ACA NSW staff to work from home during this COVID-19 period, without any sacrificing of standards or performance of service delivery to our members.

ACA NSW members are encouraged to continue using the primary telephone number (1300 556 330) but now stop using any of the following associated landlines:

Instead, when ACA NSW members are contacted by the ACA NSW office, the number (02) 8252 6585 will be displayed as the Caller Identification number.
