Providing feedback/complaints to the NSW Department of Education

The NSW Department of Education welcomes feedback from all external stakeholders and communities so that they can learn from their customer's experiences, and resolve complaints promptly. They also like to hear when things have gone well, so we create more positive experiences. Any such feedback should be directed to ececd@det.nsw.edu.au.

If members of the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW have a more serious complaint that would need senior Departmental advice on, please contact ACA NSW on 1300 556 330 or nsw@childcarealliance.org.au to discuss how this can be referred to the NSW Department of Education.

ACA NSW has had numerous discussions about this and Ms Sharon Gudu (the NSW Department of Education’s recently appointed Executive Director, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Services, Early Childhood Education) has offered to be personally available to hear feedback from Approved Providers.
