Last night (Monday, 26 October 2020), due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) exclusively via the Zoom platform.

Eighteen (18) financial members participated and made the following resolutions:

1. That the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 11 November 2019 be adopted as a true and correct record of the meeting.
2. That the President's Report for the year ended 30 June 2020 be adopted.
3. That the Treasurer's Report for the year ended 30 June 2020 be adopted.
4. That the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2020 be adopted.
5. That the Returning Officer's Report be adopted.
6. That Stuart Cameron of KS Black & Co Chartered Accountants be appointed as the Association's Auditor, having been nominated and having consented to act as Auditor.

The members at the AGM were also advised by the Returning Officer (Phil Lewis of Elections Australia Pty Ltd) that:

"Nominations for these elections closed at 5 pm on 4 October 2020 by which time sufficient nominations only had been submitted. Accordingly, it will not be necessary for me to conduct a ballot of members and the candidates listed below will be elected unopposed."
