Benefits of becoming an ACA NSW Supplier

Does your organisation supply/sell/provider goods and/or services to early childhood education and care (ECEC) service providers (aka childcare centres)? Do you need access to the owners/decision makers of ECEC services? Would you like to better understand what is happening in the ECEC sector? Do you need help with better engagement to your customers? Are you anticipating your customers’ financial, regulatory and operational challenges? Could you need a “crystal ball” to see what are the potential roadmaps for the sector and your clients?

How ACA NSW Supplier Members are supported?

As an ACA NSW Supplier Member, your organisation receives the following curated support:

  1. Supplier Sector Insight (SSI) Evenings: Every Supplier Member receives one complimentary ticket to the SSI evenings, during which ACA NSW presents an update on the sector and facilitates a discussion on its future. ACA NSW conducts two SSI evenings per year. And it is a wonderful networking opportunity to meet and connect with other likeminded suppliers.

  2. Restricted access to ACA NSW website and information: Supplier Members will have username/password access to the ACA NSW website to access a set of non-public information, including the Childcare Development Watch updates.

  3. Priority Invitations: Supplier Members are always invited first before non-members to ACA NSW events.

  4. Introductions to Approved Providers: ACA NSW members and focus are primarily Approved Providers and their interests. As a Supplier Member, ACA NSW can facilitate introductions to them.

  5. Communications: A (1) welcome EDM and (2) two EDMs per year are distributed to all ACA NSW members as well as social media for members and non-members. Supplier Members are also invited to feature on ACA NSW’s podcasts a minimum of once per year.

  6. The Weekly Updates: You are entitled to two articles highlighting the benefits of your organisation and your offerings per year.

  7. Preferred Supplier Status: Your organisation is listed on the ACA NSW website’s dedicated supplier section, along with a dedicated landing page outlining the benefits of your organisation and your offerings, including a special offer for ACA NSW members.

  8. Flyers/Merchandise Distribution Opportunities: At every ACA NSW event (other than our Awards events), your collaterals will be distributed (maximum 1x flyer and 1x merchandise item per event).

How ACA NSW Supplier Members engage with the sector?

ACA NSW is uniquely positioned to not only engage with its members but also non-members across New South Wales. A range of engagements include:

  • Members-Only Meetings: ACA NSW hosts at least 10 Members-Only Meetings per year, predominantly online. Supplier Members can attend and be selected to present their organisation, their offerings and benefits, including the ACA NSW member offering.

  • Wheels On The Bus tours: ACA NSW conducts at least 2 tours per year for members and non-members to visit up to 3 exemplary ECEC services for inspiration. Up to 2 tickets (at cost) are reserved for Supplier Members to participate.

  • Inner Circles: ACA NSW conducts at least 2 Inner Circles events where government/regulatory representatives and/or sector leaders present and engage with 80-100 Approved Providers and their senior staff over dinner. Up to 10 Supplier Members who co-sponsor the event will have priority engagement with the sector and attendees.

  • New Entrants Evenings: ACA NSW conducts at least 3 events to attract and engage with potential/future Approved Providers. Alongside the lead sponsor and venue host, up to 10 Suppliers who co-sponsor the event will have priority engagement with the catchment and attendees.

  • Training & MasterClasses: Focused on Approved Providers and decision-makers, ACA NSW facilitates a range of learning opportunities that positions Supplier Members as subject matter experts. Such training and MasterClass sessions are conducted via webinar, video-on-demand or in-person.

  • Competitions: ACA NSW will host the trivia series across Greater Sydney for services to compete to win the "How Good Are You!" trophy, and the Christmas Cheer for services' children to contribute their best drawings. Supplier Members will be invited to co-sponsor and participate in these events.

  • The Nurture Nook: Produced and distributed twice a year to all long daycare services across New South Wales, Supplier Members are given priority as well as preferred rates for placing their paid advertisements and/or advertorials.

  • Annual tradeshow (beginning 2026): Supplier Members are given priority as well as preferred rates to sponsor, exhibit as well as to present.

Please note that ACA NSW also conducts two Awards per year (namely the annual Excellence in Early Childhood Education Awards and the State of our Sector Awards). Supplier Members are given priority as well as preferred rates to sponsor and present at these Awards.

ACA NSW will also issue two complimentary tickets to the annual Christmas Party for our valued Supplier Members. In addition to celebrating the end-of-year, ACA NSW will also present a series of acknowledgements as well as awards in recognition of the extraordinary contributions of Supplier Members to ACA NSW members as well as the early childhood education and care sector.
