IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your ACA/Telus Health EAP subscription will expire at the end of July 2024

This is an important notice to bring to your attention that your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) subscription is set to expire on Wednesday, 31 July 2024
 
To make sure your team members can continue receiving the benefits of our ACA/TELUS Health EAP service, you will need to resubscribe for another 12 months (Subscription period: 1 August 2024 through to 31 July 2025) by completing the online form here.

Please be aware that you will need to pay for the annual subscription by credit card. Unfortunately we can no longer accept payment via invoice. 

Upon renewing your EAP subscription, ACA National will send you a confirmation email and a payment receipt.

On Thursday 8 August 2024, we will send you a "renewal email", which will provide:


  • the new password for universal access to your ACA/TELUS Health EAP for all your staff; and
  • a communications pack to keep your staff informed about their EAP and how to use it.
