Sam is a mature, passionate and highly respected professional who needs little to no direction.

Sam joined the team mid covid and was able to successfully complete her certificate III traineeship within 9months.

Sam went from being in a room to a floating role at our service and was successful at anything she threw her hand at.

Sam has a sound knowledge of the regulations, NQS and EYLF and uses this terminology to engage in learning conversations with parents and her co-workers.

Sam travels 2 hours a day to attend the work place because she loves the service and children and this travel never impacts her work.
