Jay Taguba, Relationships and Solutions Officer

Jay joined ACA NSW just this year, bringing a wealth of diverse experiences that have shaped his professional journey. He was a Highschool Mathematics Teacher, instilling a love of numbers and learning in his students. Transitioning to the corporate world, he ventured into Site Acquisition with a telecom company, where his negotiation skills and site surveying expertise were instrumental in determining optimal locations for telecom towers. 

Recognizing his capabilities, he transitioned into the role of Territory Sales Manager within the same company, overseeing contractor relationships and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis.

Following his migration to Australia, he dedicated six fulfilling years to the Early Childhood Sector before finding his place at ACA NSW.

He is delighted to be part of a company that supports the Early Childhood Sector, where his skills and experiences seamlessly align with his role. He is passionate about contributing to our mission and looks forward to making a positive impact in this dynamic field.
