People gather with friends and family and countdown to midnight. Accompanies by fireworks and music, it is a time of reflection and celebration for the year ahead.

• New Year’s Eve Craft: set up a craft station where the children can make NYE themes crafts such as party hats
• Resolution wall: brainstorm the children’s New Years resolutions for the upcoming year, and display them for everyone to see
• Dance party: put on some music and host a dance party for the children to enjoy
  
• Memory book: create a book full of all the children’s memory from the past year
