In a recent discussion with the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW, the NSW Government has indicated that they do not believe they have received any significant number concerns from the early childhood education and care sector about Certificate III or Diploma graduates from Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

That said, this particular NSW Government funding agency (Training Services NSW) has agreed to receive any feedback/concerns from services who have received poorly trained Certificate III or Diploma graduates as employees. Training Services NSW is responsible for government-funded vocational education and training (VET) in NSW, and strategic policy, planning, funding, regulation and advice on VET to support economic, regional and community development.

ACA NSW will conduct this bi-monthly so as to provide useful feedback to Training Services NSW. This survey will only produce aggregated information unless particular information has been shared with permission.
