Deal Readiness for Approved Providers 2023

The ACA NSW Quickies are only 2 hours or less and held throughout the year in face-to-face, live webinar and video-on-demand formats. They are for Approved Providers, Owners, Directors and Nominated Supervisors with industry-specific information, advice, tips and even “tricks”.

Interest in selling/buying early childhood education and care services has never been higher. So, is the financial value of your service already at its optimum? Or is the service you are interested in procuring ready for sale?

The topics to be covered in the 2023 ACA NSW Quickies –  Deal Readiness for Approved Providers are:

  • What are the minimum set of documents the service must have available?
  • Has the service’s financial performance, prospect and position been optimised to maximise value?
  • How will existing and future competition be assessed?
  • Is the service ready for separation/integration?
  • What are the legal and regulatory requirements and processes for service transfer?
  • How would due diligence be conducted?

Other considerations would also include financials and tax planning, valuation, benchmarking, synergies, service disruption.

This ACA NSW Quickies session is designed for the service’s owners and Approved Providers.
