Update on NSW Treasurer's universal affordable childcare

ACA NSW members will recall the NSW Treasurer's aspirations for universal affordable childcare on 8 March 2022. Consequently, ACA NSW urgently submitted 21 questions to Treasurer Kean seeking answers.

A discussion did occur yesterday (4 April 2022) with the Office of the NSW Treasurer.

ACA NSW has learned that the NSW Government's ambitions continue as a work-in-progress. As such, the NSW Government was unable to provide any answers to ACA NSW's 21 questions.

However, the Office of the NSW Treasurer assured that ACA NSW will be included in during its development.
